Visa Information
International participants are advised to check visa requirements for entering China well in advance of the conference.
Please contact your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date visa requirements. The conference organizers can provide an invitation letter to support your visa application.
Invitation Letter
To request an invitation letter for visa purposes, please send an email to tiandu@dsel.cc with the following information:
- • Full name (as shown in passport)
- • Passport number and nationality
- • Affiliation and position
- • Registration confirmation number
Required Documents
The following documents are typically required:
